Elisa Muller joined CerpassRx as General Counsel and secretary to the CerpassRx board of directors in October of 2019. Elisa leads CerpassRx’s legal team and has drawn on broad healthcare industry experience to protect and support CerpassRx, its clients, business partners and members.
Prior to joining CerpassRx, Elisa served as counsel at the law firm Quarles & Brady. Elisa joined the firm’s health law group and expanded the firm’s footprint in the PBM space. Elisa also served as legal counsel at OptumRx where she supported vendor, rebate, network, and client contracting, while also providing support to its specialty pharmacy business. Prior to OptumRx, Elisa served as legal counsel at a national chain pharmacy.
Elisa earned a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Illinois Chicago College of Pharmacy and her Juris Doctor degree from The John Marshall Law School. In her free time, Elisa enjoys kickboxing and enjoying the outdoors with her husband and two children.
