2024 Pharmacy Benefit Updates
  • A new ID card has been sent to all plan participants. If you haven’t received it yet, please reach out to the CerpassRx Member Services Support Center at (469) 598-2351.
  • Your Member ID is your Caesars Employee ID (800#). For those enrolled in a medical plan through UMR, your ID will start with 299 followed by your Caesars Employee ID. For example: 299800…
  • Your current prescription refills remain available through your chosen retail pharmacy. Within 24 hours of filling or refilling a prescription, that information will be accessible on the CerpassRx Member Web Portal.
  • Eligible mail order prescriptions may now be automatically transferred from CVS to PillPack. To refill your mail order prescription, register at www.cerpassrx.com/pillpack. Please note that controlled, specialty, or expired prescriptions will not be transferred.
  • Access your Member Web Portal at www.cerpassrx.com/members to create your account.
  • Experience the convenience of accessing personalized health information, continuously updated within 24 hours of filling or refilling prescriptions throughout 2024. Simply download the CerpassRx mobile app to stay informed and empowered about your health!

1/1/2024 Formulary Changes

Dear Member, We are reaching out to inform you of our annual formulary update. Changes will be effective on January 1, 2024. Members directly impacted will be receiving a letter in the mail. This letter will notify you of the medication and details around the change.  If you receive this letter, we encourage you to take it to your doctor to discuss the possibility of switching to a covered alternative. We apologize for the inconvenience this may cause.

Mail Delivery by PillPack

Caesars Entertainment is proud to offer mail delivery by PillPack, a simple, innovative way to manage your prescription medications. PillPack, by Amazon pharmacy, is a full-service pharmacy that sorts your medication by the dose and delivers them to your door at no additional cost. Prescription Optimization Program

The Prescription Optimization Program (POP) is designed to assist Caesars Entertainment members with obtaining critical medications that they may normally have trouble affording. Beginning January 1, 2024 all medications over $1,000.00 will require a prior authorization from CerpassRx and routed through the POP team.
