1/1/2024 Formulary Changes

Dear Member, We are reaching out to inform you of our annual formulary update. Changes will be effective on January 1, 2024. Members directly impacted will be receiving a letter in the mail. This letter will notify you of the medication and details around the change.  If you receive this letter, we encourage you to take it to your doctor to discuss the possibility of switching to a covered alternative. We apologize for the inconvenience this may cause.

Caesars Entertainment is proud to offer mail delivery by PillPack, a simple, innovative way to manage your prescription medications. PillPack, by Amazon pharmacy, is a full-service pharmacy that sorts your medication by the dose and delivers them to your door at no additional cost. Prescription Optimization Program

The Prescription Optimization Program (POP) is designed to assist Caesars Entertainment members with obtaining critical medications that they may normally have trouble affording. Beginning January 1, 2024 all medications over $1,000.00 will require a prior authorization from CerpassRx and routed through the POP team.
