Dustin Conrad joined CerpassRx as Executive Vice President of Sales. Dustin brings more than 25 years of experience with a client-first mindset and in-depth industry knowledge. He has an extensive background in sales and marketing across industries such as healthcare, health and pharmacy benefits, and life sciences.
Prior to joining CerpassRx, he served as Head of Sales and Growth at a start up PBM, SmithRx, and as Chief Sales and Marketing Officer at Dohmen Life Science Service’s. Dustin brings a strong track record of success in business development and generating growth that aligns with CerpassRx’ commitment to scale and grow their business to meet increased industry demand for flexible, client-focused pharmacy management solutions. Dustin has held senior leadership roles in sales, sales operations, marketing and account management at highly successful pharmacy benefit managers – Restat/Catamaran and Veridicus Rx, now Magellan Rx. Early in his career, Dustin lead the Mercer Health and Benefit office in Milwaukee, WI.
Dustin holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business and Communication from William Paterson University. He is a proud husband of 24 years to his wife Stacy and father of four awesome children. In his spare time Dustin enjoys traveling with his wife, cooking, watching movies and being a die-hard Green Bay Packer fan.
