Patti Weber joined CerpassRx as Vice President, Client Services in April 2023. She is responsible for overseeing all facets of client related services such as leading Partner Relations, Implementation, and Member Services.
Patti has over 30 years’ experience in the PBM and Specialty Pharmacy Industry. Her passion is leveraging her industry knowledge and operational experience to help clients manage their prescription benefit. She brings order to complex issues using fact-based consulting aligned to clients’ specific needs.
Prior to joining CerpassRx, Patti was a leader at CVS Health, Prime Therapeutics, and Omnicell Specialty Pharmacy Services. While at CVS Health Caremark, Patti led the Small Employer Group Division for 9 years and led the Aetna integration of Account Management & claim adjudication for the Caremark Aetna $21B contract. While at Prime Therapeutics, Patti owned the relationship with Prime’s largest Health Plan, Health Care Services Corporation (HCSC). Most recently Patti was on the leadership team with Omnicell Specialty Pharmacy Services with the intent of broadening her breadth of Specialty Pharmacy knowledge. Understanding all aspects of Specialty Pharmacy and the associated distribution channels further supports Patti’s ability to assist CerpassRx clients manage their drug costs.
Patti earned her BS in Pharmacy from University of Louisiana Monroe. Fun facts surrounding her career include being selected to star as herself in an Eckerd Pharmacy Commercial which ran for 3 years and being singled out as the only female CVS Health Executive to participate in the coveted Women’s Executive Leadership Program, “The Few” in 2015. Patti also is most proud of the many years she spent as a Counselor & Director of Camp Esperanza, a camp for children with Cancer being treated at Children’s Medical Center in Dallas.
Patti lives in Keller, TX, is the proud Mother of two daughters, thrives on exercising, and spending time outdoors. She especially loves time spent with her “COVID puppy”, Beau, a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel.
